I have a 450 watt Antec Powersupply. I would like to change all the cables that run from it to the same color. I went to http://www.frozencpu.com/ and they have two different gauge wires on their website. Do i need only one type or do i need both??, and which gauge wire should they be?

Take a look at your Antec's PSU wire, it has a 'AWG' number on it. Get same AWG valued cabling if you can. I think the ATX cable has a lower AWG.
Good luck with that Antec, i was gonna desolder wires from my (TrueBLue 480) on the PCB, too much hassle really.

I would say just for safety sake go with the heavier gage of the two that FrozenCPU sells. :)
