In moving my computer home from college, it took a hard jolt. Hard enough that a few connections came loose. When I got a chance, I fired it up, and all except the HD, which I forgot to plug in, ran OK. It posted and went through all the motions. The HD didn't make any funny noises either, which I will take as a good sign. I had to leave it, so I simply turned it off (but not disconnected from the mains power) . When I got back, it was dead. I couldn't fire it up manually either. It is only a couple months old, and I don't think the jolt affeted it. The problems I'm asking help for here are fining the manufacturer to contact them. It's a raidmax supply. I can find tons of reviews of various products and sales sites, but it sems that no on has any information on contacting the company. My other concern is that I sleeved the cables. Should I even bother trying to contact them?
