    Evening all,
I'm considering a fresh build as my sig rig gets a bit long in tooth... Spec I'm considering is as follows:
    CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
    Mobo: B450 mATX board
    RAM: 16gb Vengeance 3200Mhz CL16
    Storage: Crucial P1 1TB
GPU: GTX 1060 (keeping from sig rig)

I'd imagine this rig will have ample power with a 400 / 500W PSU?
Any recommendations for budget but trust worthy?

    Cheers!

I would go 500-550 just to be safe. It shouldn't cost much more.

What do you consider "budget"? All the cheaper psu will be fully wired/non modular, semi-modular aren't particularly common (at least when I checked on scan at brands I'd use.

If you could give an idea of what you want to spend and if you want fully modular, semi, or aren't bothered, I'll have a snoop around.

Edit: power supplies look to be in REAL short supply at the minute, so there be slim pickings. Favourite so far is this Silverstone one, semi modular, gold efficiency rating, the 750w version got a recommended award here on Bit-tech

Ideally semi or fully modular, I'd hope under £100? There seems to be lots of choice but little to distinguish between

That sums up the mid range PSU market perfectly.

If you pick an EVGA, Corsair or Seasonic power supply that you like the look of you won't go far wrong. They all have fully modular 500-ish watt models for about £100 or non-modular for a bit less.
