i have a ddcpx already, but am having a bit of a problem with placement on my new 'case' project, i was looking at the ddc as a replacement as its a lower profile and has a real mounting solution integrated in its casing. what i want to know is despite of it being an easier solution for mounting, does it really perform any better before i pull the trigger and spend money i don't really have to, i could always get really creative in finding a mounting solution for the ddcpx other than where i intended. also my ddcpx was purchased in '08 so its getting on, though still working well as far as i can see.
nevermind, i went ahead and got the laing + ek white pom replacement top. easier to deal with it, does generally seem to be considered as much better and it will look nicer.
