lol, if i'm right that is over 200rmb just for a button. heh.

i'll probably find one for 10-20rmb and just buy it. as long it looks basic in a good way and that it works.

rights! i went to b&q today, and they dont' have what i wanted.

so my alternative i think is to get a power drill + jigsaw seperately. they are actually cheaper then expected.

the powerdrill i can purchase in a toolbox set, comes with a metal ruler, wrenches, allen keys and much more.

as for the jigsaw, its only a single speed jigsaw which comes with a pair of standard blades.

both of them that i plan on purchasing will be manufactured by black and decker.

aiya!~ well i suppose you learnt something right? that is what matters.

anyways, i'm actually pretty loss in terms of rivets after going to bnq today...
so computer screws tend to be m3 right? so i drill a 3mm hole right? but what size rivet do i use? 3mm right? because when i went to bnq today, they didn't even sell 3mm rivets, instead they had like 3.2, 4, 5mm and so on. no 3mm in sight.

also what about thickness. for example, say if i am riveting two sheets of al that are 2mm thick each, therefore 4mm in total, do i have to use a rivet that is 4 mm in length or can i use something like... 7mm?

thank you so much! how life is confusing when you are not knowledgeable

    2.4mm for what size holes
and 3.2mm for what size holes?

i am guessing, your using 3mm drill and using 3.2 rivets? :S
