Modding Put on your thinking caps Kids... time to think back...

I remember, perhaps a year or more ago, someone had modified an LCD and attached it to some metal tripod. All the internals were exposed on the unit. Needless to say it was one beautiful mod. I had since lost the link to it and was wondering if anyone still had some pics/links to the article/fourm post on it. Any help would be appreciated.
