Hey I was just curious, I saw how well the heatsink performed in your review, but what direction does the fan blow air in? Does it blow upwards and away from the hs, or down into the hs?

    Cheers all.

I've seen these heatsinks for sale at fairs (plus I think RTT had the Coolermaster before Cheese reviewed it, and he showed it to me..that might have been the noisier version though with a Delta fan) and the fan blows down onto the heatsink I am 90% sure.

    :)

I have the 001 flavour of the heatpipe heatsink and the fan comes blowing down onto the heatsink. It works better this way so there is no need to change it.

If you have any sort of filtering on your inward blowing fans you shouldn't have that much of a dust problem.

...or if you have more fans (well total air flow really) sucking out of your case than blowing in, this lowers the pressure inside your case and makes dust settling far less likely :)
