I would have thought most people would focus on hardware (overclocking CPU/GPU) modding how to start where to start etc. Whats on the horizon with new tech. That general sort of thing.

And the burning question will be how good is Bulldozer.

Bit-tech and CPC have covered overclocking numerous times so a Q&A on it might be overdoing it?

-The future of PC gaming and/ vs console ports/ digital sales and digital security in light in light of the PSN 'fiasco'.
-DRM; good, bad or just ugly?
-Is the PC optical Drive dead?

-How to become a games journalist plus what happens in a typical day of a game journalist. The exciting bits, the more 'down to earth' parts. (e.g. is there free cheesecake?)

Now why couldn't they have done this in Tunbridge or Trumpton? ;)

On a more serious note :
The future of ARM returning to the desktop is one i'd like to know.

Is Microsoft going to severely cripple Win8 to make it a tablet with a keyboard, or is Android/Linux going to step up and give us a spanking OS ?
What do Canonical/Ubuntu have in store for ARM ?
Is ARM ever going to get a PCIe interface for GPUs or other Add-in cards ?

    Cheers, and have fun ;)

    I have a few ideas:
    - The state of consumer protection laws and Digital distribution.
    - Crossfire/Sli and why Bit-tech recommends against it.
    - The lack of new graphics card hardware and fab processes.

Another vote for multi-GPU and the pitfalls, especially if you can demonstrate the micro-stuttering that some games have.

Also air cooling vs water cooling debate would be interesting. I have a WC rig at present but I don't think I will bother in future, AC is now quieter...?

An ARM platform would be good for everything except games, maybe browser based games would be OK.
I'm just saying they could release an uncrippled OS, whereas MS is probably going to release a version WinPhone8 on ARM.

I still remember my cousins Acorn Archimedes, and wouldn't mind allowing ARM back into the main desktop arena.
Its about time x86 had a run for its money.

As for add-in cards, RAID cards or other devices, sound for bitstreaming DTS-HD or TrueHD.
    ARM based HTPC ?

This might be the wrong thread, but I would to see some ips displays in person. They are quite expensive and opportunity to see them before buying is slim

I'd like to know about the future of gpgpu/cpu computing. How will the emergence of the gpu as a computing platform shape the future of gpu's and cpus? And is it true that they're both starting to converge with upcoming gpu's having cpu like features and vice versa?
