Sent interesting questionairre, genetic material should be included in insurance premiums only if its a genetic disease they WILL get/obtain, not if its just something that gives them a higher risk of getting it, as thats not there fault, unlike smoking to get a higher risk of cancer etc... - M@ (NHS rules for question 3 )
sent mind, sending to friends to see if they'll answer too. Though I don't require any old computer parts, I have a box of my own (I call it my room )
just filling one out, i'll try and get some more done over the weekend by different people. I dont normally answer questionnairres like this because I find it hard to sum up my feelings in one statement. i.e. about the companies experiencing unexpected costs if relevant info was not given - well it doesn;t say if the company had asked for the info or not. The customer lying and the company not asking are 2 totally different things IMO.
Hang about! Assuming you're using twins so that the only difference between them is the faulty gene, then the've got to be identical twins, and being identical, one won't inherit the faulty gene without the other one having it too. That part of the questionaire dealing with Sarah & Hannah is therefore deeply flawed.
But if the company doesn't ask, then the COMPANY has failed its end of the bargain... If the company DOES ask, however, and the customer lies, then the customer is obviously trying to screw the company over, and that means the customer is failing his/her end of the bargain. Other problems I had were the lack of a "Sarah should pay most/hannah should pay most" option and the way the first questions were worded, it was if they neglected the idea of human compassion. Like if you chose one answer then you had no heart... Forgetting that people will naturally be inclined to help others if they aren't *told* to.
The question concerning Sarah and Hannah is about non-identical twins as obviously identical twins would mean they both inherit the faulty gene, however to make it clearer twins has been replaced with sisters. If anyone feels they would have answered that question differently feel free to resubmit your answer for that question and it will be changed accordingly.
