right, I have a HAF X case and several fans inside it, and i am, thinking of getting a W/C system put in as soon as i can afford 1.

anyway in the top of my case there are 2 coolermaster red led 200mm fans (was originally 1 coolermaster black one, non led, but i changed it)

    see pics below

I know that the double rad goues under these and even the triple rads with some gentil manouvering (like in picture shown below) and would need to remove them to install it, but would i need to leave them out or could i put them back in for extra exhausting fans?

I would leave them up there. It's not a proper push/pull config, but it won't do any harm if it help to shift an extra bit of air out of the case.

was intending of leaving them in if i could, but my main concern was if they would have to come out due to the fact of the rad going in

No need the rads underneath them. Once the rad have been mounted they can go straight back on.

The only reason they would need to go is if you plan on fitting a slim rad where they are and then mod the top section for the fans to drop in to the case.

Depends on their CFM compared to that of the fans under the rad. If it is lower, then they would actually become a flow obstruction and are better removed. If it is higher, then the three fans below the rad become a flow obstruction and they have to come out.

If they are of identical CFM then you've got yourself a push-pull configuration. Except that the performance gain is negligible. All you add is noise. Moreover a push configuration is less effective than a pull configuration, so I would put the fans on top of the radiator rather than underneath. You can use the two 200mm fans but unless they make a good seal with the radiator (through a shroud) you lose performance. You may best stick with the three fans that came with the rad.

as it stands i have a antec khuler h20 620 which came with 1 fan which was bolted to the rear of case and the rad to it, then i put another fan on the back of it, weather it is helping or hindering i dont know?

Again, depends on whether they have a matched CFM. If not, then it is hindering, not helping.

Have which ever fan is fastest at the back in that case. It will be pulling air faster than the other fan.

You need to keep an eye on the kinks in those hoses. It might mean spinning the rad up the other way to straighten them out.
