Ive got RH and XP on one hard drive with GRUB installed and im about to put another Distro of linux on another seprate hard drive. Do i need to install GRUB again or will the GRUB on the other hard drive pick the new install up?

It most liekyl easiest to just install GRUB again, as it will take all your current stuff and add it with teh new install, where as if you kept the old one, you'd have to manually edit your current GRUB, which can be a pain in the ass.
