Aah I've heard of this infamous Dorset chilli... any idea where I could sample one? (Apart for Dorset ) There are many commonly available types of Naga but the one which I first had was from my uncle's farm in Assam, India - and these are apparently the hottest of Naga varieties with Scoville ratings above 1 million, which is just insane...
OK, here's a quick one. If a motherboard supports (or specifies) PC 266 RAM modules, would it work with PC133 modules? EDIT: No wait - the slots don't line up. Its alright
Quick question: Im thinking of modding my Wii with a wiikey, I am trying to get all the materials i need and theres something I'm baffled by: Theres two things it says i need in this guide:http://www.ps2-scene.org/m37r01d/Wiikey review.html *.022 Solder * Soldering Flux I have just bought this: This Is that not the solder and flux together? Sorry im a noob to this and will practice before I give it a shot dont worry but what am i missing? Wiikey, 15w soldering Iron, Kynar wire for Wire installation and that clear flux solder: whats the difference between 0.22 solder and soldering flux? :S
.063" solder is going to be a bit thicker, so it may be more tricky - though I'm not sure how small the solder points are on the Wii. It does contain a flux core, but I would advise you to get a flux pen for treating the joints first - this will remove the oxidisation, allowing the metal parts to heat up quicker, and allowing the solder to flow better. That's the only problem with flux-core solder - you need the solder to melt before the flux can do its job.
I just asked the guy i ordered from to swap the 0.63 to a 0.22. So i can basically heat this solder flux up over the wires onto the solder points and it will conduct ? Sorry im a total n00b at this :S Could you explain abit more (like a soldering for dummies) how it all works? :S Sorry
Quick question! If I were to take out a mortgage of £100'000 with the current interest rate set at 4.19% and repayment over 25 years - What is the total i will be paying back including the interest? By my calculations its approuching almost the same amount as I took out and just wondered if this is the case? How much will I also be paying back in total as interest? Thanks!
I've heard a rumour that an old friend of mine may have been in a road traffic accident last night in Nottingham. Is there anywhere on the internet that I can find info on this?? I've tried searching myself but can't find much.
Facebook? Other than ringing up the local police and seeing if they can tell you, probably not. You need to contact someone closer to them I s'pose. Parents?
I lol'd my ass off I never noticed this thread, my fat girls question could've gone in here. Krikkit, if you're feeling benevolent could you merge it? It seems to be a popular mod habit of the now My question: in Lord Of The Rings, why the hell does Saruman turn to the dark side, so to speak? Initially he's the most uber wizard of the lot, surely full of moral fiber and courage by his very nature, yet the moment Sauron opens his ****ing eye, he decides to abandon his life's course and do his bidding... edit - if you're a friend, the police should tell you if he was, even their response is a simple 'yes' or 'no'. You might have to turn up to a station in person with ID though, I can't imagine them saying anything over the phone in case you're Press-related.
“Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” Sauron turned to the dark side because he was afraid of pandas. edit: for complete information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauron
Saruman, not Sauron! Sauron needs comparatively little explanation, he was evil before they had a word for it. 'Nother question: Why are uncontrovertially terrible bands like Westlife so gigantically successful, even though everyone I/we/you know openly despises them? Who are all the people buying their CDs? I've never met one such person.
