Im on the old NF4 A8N-SLI in my sig. I have two new seagate 500gb sata disks. I want to raid0 them. Whats better to use for raid? My NF4 chipset, or the silicon image chip that came integrated into the premium edition?
I don't want to buy anything... just use what I already have.

    Thanks.

Why do you want to RAID 0 them?

To make them one disk, less confusing where all my stuff is then...
    And, possible performance increase?

I had the board, and to be honest I got the best stripe out of the nforces as far as performance. Others may have differing results, but that's mine in particular. Google it for a wealth of info on the subject regarding that board.
