My motherboard has 4 Ram slots, i was just wondering what sort of performance hit i would get if ifilled them all, as I have heard about people saying the performance will become flakey if they are all full, is this right or is it just a rumour ?
I think it all depends on individual mobos. I think you can fill them up safely, but your OCing potential will be wiped out with all slots full, even with high speed RAM. I am kinda guessing here, from a little bit of personal experience.
