I'm sitting in front of one right now getting ready to do some work... ~10.5cm (width) ~8cm (length) That's the size of the viewable area. There is a about a 1cm border around the screen as well. The dimensions of the circuit board have already been posted here somewhere, so if you need those look 'em up....
