I read on this forum Xtrafresh having same motherboard I have a DFI mATX LP T2Rs JR P45, running with a QX9770. I try to do same after my QX9650 but seems that this new cpu Qx9770 is not compatible with this motehrbaord (due to FSB at 1600 ?) . In effect also on DFI web site and forum they say same. So would like to know how Xtrafresh succeed to get his QX9770 running on this DFI. :wallbash:

Thank you for yr help. :thumb:

i just replied in the profile conversation.

I actually ran it at 12x 333 for a long time, but 10x 400 worked aswell, just like 11x 366.

What i'd like to know: have you tried it already and failed, or are you just investigating. In any case though, it SHOULD work perfectly, provided you cannot use both products at stock speed. But let's face it, a QX9770 and a DFI board are both not made for running at stock speed, are they?
