Disaster R.I.P. AMD axia Y 1ghz

    Yesterday was a bad day

    for yesterday i cracked the core of my loved cpu

    i ususally use a copper shim but this time i did'nt when it came to booting it up nothing happened so i spent a good hour finding the problem

    i couldnt see the crack when i lifted off the hsf until i put it in some light

    but i've now replaced it with a 1.4ghz and a new epox motherboard

    and i'll be getting that tasty case from dremmel_freak in the next few days so not all loss :(

    Yeah the thermoengine

    nothing but expensise this week

    still buying your case tho mate

    i'll have to send you part of the money now then the rest soon after

    so you can buy parts for you next mod or whatever

    i cant belive i keep wrecking everything :D

    heavy hands i guess

    or borrow it it was the thermoengines fault for bad design on those damn fins never using it again infact its on its way to the trash atm :D

    u can have my k6/2 450 ;)
    is has no pins, a burnt mobo and i stole the dimm slots off the mobo but it should work just fine :D

    HaHa seriously im desperate for one so i can finish off some work i have..


    clients bugging me for it so im going to have to "lend" one or fork out £100 for another one which i dont really want to do with the expensi ive got atm

    i got a case to buy a bill from cossie and now this **** :( not good week

    /me finds a 12 gauge

    you dont wants RTT's chip ... ill give u my *WORKING* k6-3 400 .... classic cpu that will run hapily at 440mhz ;) :D

    Just bought a duron 750mhz for now :D

    wif some new rounded cables for all equipment in pc
    just took the old motherboard out ready for the new one tommorow
    lol the ammount of dust is unreal

    dammit i'll be more cautious in future

    Duron 750 arrived today to be punished, have to unlock it and overclock it to a nice 1ghz

    only £30 too

    bought some yellow ata/100 and floppy bendy yellow cables most nice :D
