Thanks for all your kind words and well-wishes and a big thank you to the moderators for leaving this up for so long – means a lot to the family.

Funnily enough I was thinking of him earlier as I was cutting some cupboard shelves up, wondering how best to cut them around the sink drain. Those thoughts wen to scrolls saw and inevitably to wayne. I still have dreams of building something with a scroll saw in his memory. Not that it would be anywhere close to one of his mods.

I have to admit seeing a like notification from Waynio this morning was unsettling. I had to check in to see if he had pulled off the jape of the century.

Maybe this forum works like an ouija board now?

I had similar thoughts as I moved my scroll saw from the house out to the shop this fall as well.

And I've been working on archiving my build logs on my personal blog this winter. I did my very first case mod log, and was enjoying his comments on it as well. My avatar here was his idea and encouragement. Still a great contributor to this community

Just talking about Wayne with my Mrs, suddenly realised what time it was. There's still so many Wayne inspired builds I wanna do. He was such an inspirational modder, Alex came close to his craft, albeit in a different method, but there's just something about the time and the method that wAs so right. Miss you man.
