Does that have provisions for using something like SimVibe and some bass transducers? I don't see it mentioned on the site, but you never know.

    The Omega rig, that is.

I'm in two minds how to proceed, either go for something pre-made like that, or build something myself - My primary concern is being 6'6, I tend to have oddball driving requirements (Such as putting different seats in the RS so I can get a little more comfortable and less hunched over, or a QD wheel so I can get out without stoving my knee in), so the appeal of these cockpits is tempered by that concern.

Which, of course, leads to self-build territory. But that's easily going to rocket the cost through the roof, even if it affords me the chance to include bass transducers, a custom layout to suit my build, and the option to be very selective about my seat. Such as a BMW E92 full electric seat, and probably hours of rPi/Arduino hackery to get controls working if they do, indeed, use the ECU to govern that sort of thing.

Still, if the prebuilt stuff would fit me, and my initial wants/desires, I'd be more interested in buying one to start with and using it as a base or flat out selling it and building my own down the line.

That doesn't sound too bad. I've basically been living in a world of tiny people with no frame of reference when it comes to reviews of these things

The buttkicker would be the cheaper choice, that's for sure.

    Food for thought!

Wow, they don't look manufactured, rather engineered. Better put together than most real car pedals!

They don't half look the part hey?... :)
They feel great with ABS vibrations on the brake, and wheel spin vibrations on the throttle. The brake has up to 90KG load cell, and is fully adjustable on stiffness. The clutch has a biting point too. :)

Not yet, but I will get a Clubsport wheel soon. I do need to sell my TS-XW base first. :)
