Hi, im looking to get some more ram for my pc. Im not really sure on what to get though. At the moment i have 256mb PC 2700 ram (a cheap novatech stick) and i was thinking about getting a stick of 256mb PC 2700 Crucial ram.

I also considered getting a stick of 512mb PC2700 but then suddenly thought that it might work in pairs? Any help appreciated! :blah:

Should work fine...BUT if you have more than one stick, they have to be placed in the motherboard in descending order of size (i.e. largest first).

So where you have your current stick, you'd put the 512 stick, and put the 256 in the one next to that.

    Get me?

I bought a stick of RAM from Crucial a while ago, and I've never had any problems with it. It comes with details instructions on how to install it etc. Delivery is nice and fast too.
