    Hi
I need a quick response (ie next 1/2 hour)
Is the maximum recomended voltage for DDR3 1.65 volts on Intel systems, or am I thinking of something else?
    Can I safely use 1.8v DDR3 with a Core i5 or not?

    Thanks

Thanks for that. It's just scan had a offer on DDR3, but it was 1.8v.
Doesn't matter now as I've decided my dad doesn't need teh power of Core i5 and I've gone down the Athlon II route.
Pretty much built the CPC budget PC, only the F3 HDD has really dropped in price, so I've gone for that.
