Windows Rant about Datel customer service and products in general

    This is what I sent to Datel earlier as I've been very miffed over the entire situation. I've read about lots of other problems that they tend to not even resolve.

    Anyone else have any problems with their products?

    meh, from what i've read elsewhere, you're lucky to get a reply from them period.
    the whole situation just pissed me off considering a bought a memory card off of the shelf earlier this week for a console that was bought back in november and i'm told that i need to ship this brand new memory card back?
    i think not.

    I don't know if it's the same company but I had a Datel Action Replay cartridge for my C64! It was the ****.
