Try Boomerang for games. They are amazingly fast at sending stuff out. Usually I get a new game within a couple of days of posting the last one back to them.
Avoid LOVEFILM is rubbish Hi I share the same view. During trial, they always dispatched discs on the same day of receiving them. Now, there is always a delay. I have to wait for 4 days to get next discs. Phoned them twice - the Indian girl always reads from pre-written text...driving me mad! Worst even, they recently moved one title from my list without any explanation. I've waited for this title for 2 months. Emailed them and they replied this one had limited stock. Why was it available in the first place? After two months waiting, shouldn't I be moved forwarded in the que? As for cancellation, I would suggest get the proof of posting from RM for the last discs you sent.
