    Good thinking :)

I only spotted it because I was confronted with the power cable myself when installing it for the first time...the normal connector was quite a bit longer than anticipated! The one I bought from RS (what they advertised for the R-Pi) when mounted extends even beyond the SD card so would need to be bent (and be under tension constantly). Thats why I am going to use an angled connector to reduce the length :) Alternatively your idea to fully custom make the cable could also do the trick!

Very clever.:D I can see potential for a pi cluster with all the characters.

    Thank you Boorach!

    Thank you too GaryP!

Very first of all I was going to make it go out just like all the others - but especially after trying out a Pi for the first time, lacking a Reset and Off Switch - I knew I had to do something about it - and it ended up beeing the neater solution after all. And there are hundreds of instructions how to make a GPIO Off and Reset switch so it wasn't much work in the end either.

    Thanks Cheapskate!
Doubt the four litte ghosts will have enough power to crunch much :D Probably still slower than my slow N40L. Their main job is to look cute :D - and then second to run xmbc and stream some video to different TVs in the house (and as we don't have that many TVs I will be giving some away to loved ones :) )

Thanks for all the nice comments!

    So long :0)
