Received my Raspberry Pi today and fired it up. Seems to run pretty well still some more work in terms of getting X hardware accelerated but is almost usable as a PC to browse the web, etc.
Still got a few weeks till i get my i also bought an SD card from the site which has the OS installed, not sure which OS though perhaps Raspbian, but can always change it any got a good recommendation?
Raspbian is the recommended build. Only other I have tried is OpenELEC which is the XBMC build. You can download the windows imaging program on the Raspberry Pi site which makes it very easy to reflash the SD-Card
