Not sure how to rate as not much info, but glad to see some amd What ram, graphics,... ? +1 point for the oc as I've never had the time to learn and do that!
8/10 for Kidmod Nice rig there, shame it is AMD though (at least its not bulldozer) but a plus because its OC'ed . Capable graphics card, good amount and speed of ram, sound card, a decent power supply and very nice screen
9/10 You have the pedigree of overclocking CPUs there - better than the multiplier overclocking of Sandy Bridge. Nice motherboard, and plenty of RAM. SSD is nice, just the graphics side of things let it down. SLI should be swapped for a GTX580 (or newer). Good to see that you have 16:10 not 16:9, though. Oh, and a few points for the custom water cooling setup too
Asus P67 Sabertooth I5 2500K MSI 560TI OC Twin Frozr 1TB samsung F3 Crucial C300 128GB Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1866MHz Titan Fenrir CM 690II ZR24W HP monitor Is that what I am supposed to do? .......and before I get assaulted from the you shouldn't be spending that much on hardware brigade all my old gear gets handed down to me wife and kids and I still own my first mobo, cpu, ram and gpu from 2002. (free for P&P )
560ti probably still holding its own but a gpu upgrade may be nice 8/10 To add to my specs in my sig, i have a Dell 2408wfp (1900 x 1200), and a 22" AOC e2243Fw 21.5" LED Monitor (1980 x 1080), a Xonar ds soundcard, and some logitech z5500 speakers. CPU not yet OC'd but planning on a tinker soonio.
Money no option a gpu would be on the cards but it's handling evrything at the moment so kinda money wasted (I would still waste the money if I had it though ) 2 shouts of 80-90% is nice though
^ Invisibuild! Derp my Signature wasn't setup properly for my last post... Oh well you live and learn. Fuuu I wish I could afford 2 x 30"s awesome build Asus Crosshair V (Recently acquired to upgrade my IV and get UEFI goodness) AMD 1090T Phenom at 4 GHz (I need to play with OC a bit more, also waiting for trinity as Bulldozer hasn't wow'd me) 4 x 1Tb Samsung (Need to check what models, also accquired right before the floods so only £35 a piece ) PSU is a Thermaltake Toughpower 700w To upgrade to Watercooling when I have saved up £600 and case mod a bit.
^ not bad. I am an intel man myself. A good helping of ram, crossfire gpu and a lot of storage. I will give it a 6.75/10
^also not bad. But the 4870 is a let down, very nice CPU and a good overclock on the other hand. 7/10
Cheers shame those overclocks aren't my system you always push it harder when its someone else kit xD it was done here; http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2011/07/19/bit-tech-overclocking-event-in-association/1 I'll give you 7/10, plenty of RAM imo and I love those cases.
5.2Ghz on a 2600k is a decent overclock, need more specs though on the rest of the build... 7/10 from me
Giving me a 7/10 for a 4 year old C2D laptop and a Microserver is pretty generous, lol. The PB is what I managed on a benchmark machine unfortunately not my kit. That seems a silly amount of RAM but I'm sure you have a reason for it not sure I'd fancy you electricity build though xD 9.5/10
the 7/10 was actually for the Logitech Mouse, as that has almost the same processing power as the C2D! Lol thanks for the 9.5!!
