ok i am going to order the 175£ kit from coolercases.co.uk my main question is is this kit good wat temps would or shall i expect? this is my first time gettin ma feet wet so hope it goes well, ps sorry for posting this in the wrong place!! just found extreme cooling oh well!! also why isnt my sig workin and i cant chose an avater ? avator .? iv also heard that the 1/2inch asetek is good , but its all about performance not ezz of use
Keeping it simple; Any DD kit is good tbh. Danger den > Asetek. Sigs are text only, and 75 posts for Avatar.
Welcome to the forums! Temps all depend on what system you are going to watercool, and how big the radiator is and what fans you will put on it (the pump is not that critical). I suggest you do some reading, draw up a rough plan for a system and then ask people here what they think to get some useful suggestions. Don't forget to mention what you are intending to cool, though, as CPUs can differ dramatically in the heat they put out! As Shadowfx (and the FAQ/Rules) says: you won't be able to choose an avatar until you hit 75 posts. Avatars may be no more than 85*85px. Only JPG and GIF formats are allowed. Your avatar picture can be no more than 8kB in size, and must not be 'offensive'. You can choose your own title only after 750 posts. Signatures can be added at any time, but cannot contain images. Also sigs have to be kept within six lines. Again, nothing offensive is allowed.
Another note, isn't there a TDX version? Its so much easier to work with, and usually no difference in temps.
yer im a beginner to water cooling was looking at the 1/2inch waterchill dunno if its any good tho? yer tdx looks good to maybe go for that? basically i want to kool the cpu northy (altho iv heard theres no poiont ) also my mosfets get really toasty erm wouldnt mind kooling the hard drives to cause then i could remove the front 120mm fan which is loud cuss it rattles the metal plat its secured to (antec p160 case) and mite aswell kool the graphics card while im at it ?also i am having trouble making the signiture ? says its done but i cant see it ? like in these posts its not here ,,,, new id speak to soon lol , also were the hell am i going to put the rad? !! will i have to get busy with the drill? just looked at some dangerden kits and u can get the blocks in brass chrome lucite? eh?

Please do. Like all things computer, forums follow the "garbage in - garbage out" principle. If you do not frame your questions clearly, people will not understand them correctly and be unable to give you a clear answer. For instance, you still have not specified what system you are trying to cool. What is the CPU? What is the graphic card(s)? What is the case you want to use? Is it the system described in your sig? Also, please limit your sig to SIX lines.

AMD64 bit 90nm 3000winnie chip Radeon x800xt POWERCOLOUR Antec P160 case Abit AV8-3rd eye soc 939 board 450 w psu Qtechnology 2x200segate barricudas sata raid MSI cdrw 2x120mm Power Pax fans Basically tonite i am v v v intrested in purchasing the TDX danger Den WC kit from www.coolercases.co.uk want to ovc my system sky high as high as it will go ( waiting for the 3200 or 3800 venice chips to come out) so far i have had 2.4 out of my system but it gets so hot !! so i have resorted to water cooling. basically probably opting for the single 120mm rad/fan 1/2 tubing (seems the better option) and need to purchase some metal clamps as these seem to be alot stronger . although fluid xp + has been going through my mind as this is the first watercooling kit i have had. Also Asetek have also been running through my mind the 1/2 inch kit but Danger Den look so much better . all replies will be very much appreciated and taken into concern, quick replies i will praiser you as im ordering it tonite
