Windows Reading partially downloaded archives?

Ive got a partially downloaded .ace file archive and want to open it and extract what's already been downloaded from it. Its about 60% complete and i only want one of the first few files in it but Winrar wont let me open it Someone recommend a proggy that will?

 

If winrar wont then i dont think much else will. I thought winrar went through all the files that were readable and came up with an error if some werent readable and u can say for it to continue to open the readable files

 

yea i managed to get 70% now and the archive opens in winrar but none of the files are still readable even though they are only 5meg each i still cant extract the few i want
