Windows Really, Badly, Bored: in Halo...

    I'll let the pictures do the talking... With some typing on the side...

    First, create a game with 4 Warthogs', 2 Rocket Warthogs', and 2 Ghosts'. Then, line them up at the boarder of the map, in the water, for absolutely no reason.

    Second, back away slowly...

    Third, get on top of the highest building in said map, orientating your self in the direction of specified vehicles...

    Fourth, throw yourself off said tall building, and die after a several hundred foot drop.

    Fifth, go grab one of the Rocket Warthogs', and repeat step three...

    [​IMG]
    If bogarting is detected, immediately take action with a really big gun... (yes, that’s a blue guy getting blown to bit's after he jumped onto one of my Warthogs that was so perfectly parked)

    Sixth, repeat step three as necessary...

    [​IMG]
    Seventh, find a gullible sap and repeat step three again until satisfied...

    Again, do not let anybody escape with one of your vehicles - that is a very bad thing, and may induce fare game play, rivalry, fun, and enjoyment all around. We wouldn't want that, now would we?

    Yes it is (I've got a 9800Pro AIW), but these particular captures we're taken via Halo for PC, hence the online multiplayer.

    halo on the xbox didnt have a mulitplayer mode, so it would have to be the pc version
    :)

    I played multiplayer halo on xbox, was split screen, still multiplayer,

    Or am I mistaken?

    I'm pretty sure it was possible if you linked it to a pc using some software...

    That's the thing I meant :) Just uses a pc to "emulate" a system-link over the net iirc

    Yeah, it looks a lot better on the PC verson. Remember, you can crank up the resolution on a computer [​IMG]





    Oh, and I've got a friend that's been wanting to join in on my halo group thing (like a clan, but lamer), any links to how to hook an xbox up to play halo (original version) online?
