When printing from word viewer it says

windows cannot print with the current printer setup

try one or more of the following

check the printer is printing by using test page from windows
and it gives 2 other options

ive tried re installing drivers wont work ive installed on the laptop and printing fine without problems and trying to print from adobe on the pc says that it cannot print

printer is epson xp215 but its working fine on laptop so i know its not the printer

I've just tried re installing windows as there was another little issue with the computer and it almost completed but then it said that the windows setup could not configure for this hardware

    the specs are

    celeron g530
    4GB Ram
    64 gb corsair m4 SSD

had installed the exact same windows before without issues

    windows 7 64 bit

    really stuck here

tried to reinstall windows from flash drive again and its saying windows could not format a partition on disk 0 error code 0x80070057

ive already tried deleting the partitions and creating a new one but same thing again

Is the install media a plain version of Windows 7 or is it Windows 7 SP1?
If it's the former maybe this will help.

I've taken out the sata cable out of the ssd and replaced it, its now going through the windows installation i hope it doesnt do the same error on completing installation

its actually done the install right the way through

    restarted saying bootmgr is missing

took the usb out and started fine now

this pc is one i built ages ago for a friend im sure ive mentioned it a few times a while ago, they had a printer issue and another issue which i couldn't fix so thought bugger it and reinstall windows and then encountered loads more issues but seem to have fixed it myself for now though

just re seating the sata cable seemed to have fixed it
