    Newbie says hi ;)

    System:

    XP2400+ AIUHB @ 2350MHz (168*14), 1.75V
Cooled by a Vantec Aerocool on an Epox 8RDA+
    512MB Corsair 2700LL, 5-2-2-2 @ 336MHz
    In a Lian-Li PC60USB, 2 front, 1 back, 1 blowhole all 80mm ~30CFM and a Vantec Nexus rheobus
Runs rock steady at full load at 46°C with all the fans turned down (7V)

I'm pretty happy with this overclock, but I want more! My main question is, how high can I safely whack the voltage up before I'm in danger of frying the chip? I can't get the FSB any higher than 168 before 3DMark2k1 will randomly reboot the computer. Any random pieces of advice? Thanks :)

i pushed my xp2400+ its an AIUHB aswell i think and i've had that at 2490Mhz i think running 166FSB and i think that was about 2 volts but that was watercooled. How are u finding that heatsink noise/performance ratio? i've been considering it.

I can't recommend the Aerocool enough, really - it looks decent if not amazing, I can barely hear it over the other stuff in my system, and the cooling is comparable to my mate's computer with the same cpu/mobo, except with an SLK900 w/ Papst 92mm on it...and about half the price. I like it :D

1.85V is pretty safe for Tbred Bs on air.
