I think that my current HTPC needs and upgrade and this is what ive got in mind:
    CPU - AMD Sempron 140
    Motherboard - Biostar N68S+ AM2+
    Graphics - Asus GeForce G210
    RAM - Kingston 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2
HDD - OCZ 32GB Onyx SSD
    About £150

will also add a large heat-sink and go passive i want it to be as quiet as possible. also ill probably hold off on the SSD for now and add it later on, also all data will be stored on a different machine so just needs to have and OS, most likely XBMC.
i also plan to build the case for it myself.

what do you guys think of the hardware and would you recomend anything different, more power for my money, ect...

If you're holding off on the SSD why not a Crucial 64GB C300? They often come down to £85 these day and offer faster read performance.

the SSD isnt for speed its for being as quiet as possible, and as cheap as possible, thats why that will be later if its quiet enough then ill miss the SSD
