One of the bearings is rattling on the fans that come with my H110i

Can anyone recommend any decent quiet fans, cheaper the better.

No worries. Shame it's not 120mm as I have a few pairs of fans. One of which are the more expensive Cougars. Best SP fans I've ever used, all apart from the NB Eloop.

Not for outright static pressure they are not. Cougar, NB and Vardar are better. This is why Noctua's new fan which uses the tightest tolerances ever in a fan looks like a Vardar. The only problem with the Vardar and why I avoided it was motor noise. Some say they were pretty bad at low RPM and could chirp ETC.

if you want quiet with high SP for a rad, you'll not get much better than a Noiseblocker E-Loop.
