I was planning to buy a Silverstone Fortress form Scan who were due to get stock on the 15th May but then changed the due date to the 18th April but has now been pushed back to the 15th May again.

So I am looking for a different case. I am going to use an aftermarket cooler on a GTX570 so the case has to have good airflow and would prefer one that is minimalist looking as it is going to be in the main living area of my home.

I was thinking of a Coolermast ATCS 840. Anyone have any experience of these? I can spend up to £200.

    Thanks all.

I did look at the Raven but don't like the styling.

Define R3? Very sleek external design, and a good internal layout - plenty of room for more fans as well.

That was my initial choice. May have to revisit the R3.

    Hey

I have a Coolermaster ATCS 840 and its a lovely case. Its well built, it has a great slide out mother board tray and it looks great. The 2 top 230 mm (I think) fans and the 200 mm (I think again)are nice and quiet. The dust filters are easy to remove and clean. Best of all, you can fit a 120x3 radiator to the top if you decide to go for water cooling.

Overall, its an almost perfect case. As you are in London, go down to YOYO tech (who also sell this case for a bargain price) and have a look at it.

As an alternative, I would look at Lian Li. They also have some really well built, simple, beautiful looking cases.
