Apologies if this is common knowledge but I wanted to share a couple of invaluable applications I've recently installed.

    PC: F.Lux - http://justgetflux.com/
Android - Twilight from the Play store

Both free, and dim/redshift your display in realtime dependent on the time of day.

Awesome way to improve evening/night computing and reduce fatigue.

Does Flux take into accoount your lighting situation?

I generally game in the dark/low light and have a backlight to my monitor. Not sure if that's good for me or not.

I have found that it is popular amongst the ladies, and I have noticed it to be more soothing when trying to go to sleep as it does de-intensify the colour radiance to a more calming mood at night, but I am someone who strives for colour accuracy so I will only turn it on if I really need it. It's lucky that I can set up a shortcut within windows 7 that can get my normal calibrated colour settings back within 3 clicks.
