I use 2 120mm Akasa's in my 600T on the top, for exhaust. Seem to shift enough air for me and light up the interior really well. If your going for performance I probably wouldn't reccomend them, but their fine for day to day use.

Not bad, is it intake or outtake? You can get the Silverstone Air Penetrator with Red LEDs if its washing air over your GPU or something.

Air Penetrators are noisy, I wouldn't recommend them.

IDK if you can get them where you are but I'm digging Xigmatek fans right now. They are quiet and pump a ton of air.

Enermax's T.B. Silence fans are really good, and come in red and blue.

I have a Phobya 120mm Red LED fan as my outtake at the back, is quiet and shifts a reasonable amount of air.

I've heard all sorts of nice things about the cluster, and it's what the T.B. Silence fans I mentioned are modeled after.
So I can nigh-guarantee you the Cluster will be great.
