    Hi!

    As title:

Recommended P55 DDR3... can it work on a board with P45 chipset?
I know that the bus is not part of the NB but the CPU, but a bus is always a bus, and maybe the DDR3 compatible with p45 also...

If the different origin of ram bus isn't the real problem, anyone knows what are the basic ram parameters that may affect compatibility?

    Thanks

yes, just make sure you don't set voltage higher than 1.65v, as those RAM are rated at those and if you run higher, you may void the warranty.

    Thanks for reply!

I want risk to put kingston Low Voltage 1333 on great MSI P45 DIAMOND sk775 (with Xeon L3110 1333 FSB)!

This mobo have XMP and can modify manually tRAS and go down vith Vram under 1.2Volt, so I think it's possible that this mobo can guide kingston LoVo correctly... I hope...

    Thanks

MSI P45 DDR3 boards are not great - I think the board will be the biggest limitation, not the memory.

    hi guys!

finally I chose a fantastic MSI P45 diamond!!!
..because as P45 chipset, MSI is almost the only one that can go down with the Vram to 1.25 volts, and the green power energy saver is great!

I'm happy to confirm that P45 Diamond is compatible with Kingston LoVo 1333Mhz 1.25Vram & with intel Xeon L3110

    thanks
