Hi guys, wondering if you could help me out with a problem? My friends xbox has recently died, when it's switched on it starts up then dies then it does the same thing again and then has the red circle thing flashing. I've tried looking on other websites and they mention error codes being shown on screen with the message "your xbox need servicing" or something to that effect, only thats there no video output. Would I be right in guessing we have a total GPU failure on our hands or is there something else it could be? The xbox is, apparently, mod-chipped however I cant seem to find it on or under the motherboard however i've seen to play "backed up" games so... Any ideas would be appreciated, cheers! Oh it also has has a modded HDD.
