ok well i have just reloaded my computer. i have 1 sata 120gb drive split into two partitions. and a 20gb 5400rpm maxtor ide. i had windows on one partition on the 120gb drive. well i deleted the partition and remade it and installed the os no problem first boot up no problem.

But after i installed my nic i restarted and it wouldnt boot right. so i put in the xp disk and selected repair and fixed the boot table. and it booted up no problem but the c drive is now the 5400rpm drive. and now when i boot up i get the error NTLDR is missing.

Now what i would like to know is if i can move the boot record so i can change my windows partition to C: or will i have to redo all my partitions?
