What is the best way to remote administrate XP? I have a box without a monitor that I want to use as a Sven Coop server, but they don't do a Linux version so i'm forced to use XP.

I just want something simple to remote admin it, like SSH, what shall I use?

If its just on your lan use the remote software that comes with XP, alternatively try tightVNC etc which is free and can be installed on most OSes.
If it's over the internet make sure you use encryption I understand TightVNC does this, or if both client and server are windows machines try radmin (works well on lan and internet networks) well worth the money.
You are sort of limited with shell type of connections on windows as most tasks are achieved using the GUI.

WinVNC is your friend. Easy to set up, available for a bunch of platforms and completely free.
