    Hi,

I was wondering about a new idea for a case mod. Would it be useful / easy to build completely removable dust filters into a small compartment between the exterior and fan. I am asking as I think that this would allow for an easy and quick clean.
I am not that good with sketch-up at the moment so I will try to figure it out when I wake up so I can show you what I mean.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'm not a great fan of dust filters, probably because my rig is never in one piece long enough for dust to build up. But if you were to install custom filters, make sure they don't restrict the airflow too much.

I'm currently speaking to someone from DEMCI.

He quoted me $15USD for a filter 400x400mm.

That's a pretty good deal. They're meant to be the best you can get in terms of airflow/dust capture.

And they come with a magnetic strip around the edges.

    Yer.
I was planning on making a case that would hold dust filters like the DEMCI ones. Just a small compartment that would fit around 2 or 3 in a row.
