Is there any particular way of doing this without making too much mess?

I'm currently transforming my chieftec dragon into a watercooler for my lian li pc-60. I've already removed all the drive bays, put a window in the side, cut a top window out with a 120mm blowhole, cut out the 120x240mm of the front chassis (which will have perspex holding a 2x120mm radiator).

I've donea few more mods to it, but nothing particularly worth me trying to remember.

Anyhoo, the plastic grill in the front (at the bottom). I've tried cutting them out with a dremel, but they're too wide to cut through. I'm guessing a jigsaw is probably the best method, however I don't have one! gah! Any other ideas, please?
