Apple replace old mini with new one?

    just sent my old ipod mini in for repair/replacement you guys think i have a shot at getting the new 4gb mini with the better batt life?

    I tried that with my 3rd Gen - was actually broke though. Just after they released the new 4th Gen one. Alas they must have a back log of older ones and ship you one of them.

    Though I think you've sent it in longer after the release of the new mini than I did - So theres always hope.
