    Erm...
    Though I suppose the press copy can be blamed for mixing together copper's bulk conduction rate (not useful for semiconductors, which aren't made of Copper) and Boron Nitride's use as a semiconductor (already available for some speciality discretes like high-temp MOSFETs)
