    The immediate drawback of this (and similar like Dexmo's offering) brake/clutch based haptics are they can only oppose force generated by your own muscles, but never actually apply force.
    For example, you can grip a virtual object and feel resistance to your fingers trying to close on it. But if you were to have a virtual object fall on your hand, or you brush your hand against a virtual object, you would feel nothing at all.
