I have been shopping at a technology store off Tottenham Court Road store for a few years and in some case I have had to returned items, I always had a great experience with this shop I recently made a purchase and enquired about their refund/return policy and was told that there is a 20% restocking fees, I felt gutted but managed a smile while paying for my purchase, all the while thinking what a bunch of crap (I still love this shop, but I may change my purchasing habits in the future). This is the first UK shop I have come across that has charged me a restocking fee, remind me of the policies applied in the US & CA. Tell us what you think of restocking fees and if possible the tech shop that implement this.
