    Looks good. Santa Pod is only 45 minutes away so I might try and get over. Got a christening to go to (yawn) but I might be able to fit both in.

    ooh, that looks like my car on the front of the magazine in the middle :)

    nope, mkII with square headlights. Mine's white, very similar wheels. I really want to go to this now. I might have to boot down there after 2pm :(

    I recognise a few of the VWs from bug jam :)

    That Opel reminds me of a jet black Kadett in Emzes last pic that my mate used to have. I loved that car. He didn't :( and he wouldn't let me have it either. He ended up butchering it with a MIG welder :( We aren't friends now.

    It is - I think it's an Eclat.

    What you can't see is that it's stripped of EVERYTHING that isn't essential - you can even see the propshaft.

    Wow, what a difference between US and UK retro car shows!

    Here's some shots from the Syracuse Nationals which is every year and is one of the if not the biggest show in the North East (and not too far from my house).

    Dad - 'normal' Car shows in the UK seem to be much the same (either people obsessed with their 'classic' cars' originality or rodders ;)).

    Retro Cars magazine is one of a few mags/websites that have come out in the last few years for people who like retro motors...but definitely not standard!

    Go to the R-R website, click on the gallery and check out what was at the show :D
