And this time, my brain was working.
Minus the school kids swarming certain areas, the zoo was very very quiet. Perfect :D

All taken with my wonderous 70-200 F4L. Enjoy.

Some nice shots there. It looks like you took your time to snap some meaningful situations. Good job. You've also caught some good light in shots 3 and 5 (of course me not knowing how much is up to PP but it looks nice nonetheless :) )

2,3,5,7 and last one are my faves of the bunch there. Well shot mate :thumb:

love the elephant shots, works really well in B&W. shot 3 is really cool too, was anything done to the background or is that as is?

    Cheers Ole!

Thanks! Shot 3 was luck really - and the colours weren't changed. Just contrast really that was bumped a bit.
Shooting through glass/perspex or whatever kills contrast sometimes.

    Nice pics.

At Chester Zoo I've found getting there for when they open at 10 helps, and that tends to give about 90 minutes before the families and school trips arrive.

How do you download animals into Zoo Tycoon 2? I've tried downloading animals from zoo tycoon volcano, they downloaded fine but I can'get them into the game, I've looked at the tutorials on youtube and they don't work. I'm not that great with computers so please explaing things clearly and leave nothing out, don't assume I'll know what to do 'cause I don;t.

Maybe you should ask this in the gaming forum instead of the photography one? :eyebrow:
