Would it be feasible to request a Dell XPS 15 Review (i9 6core)?

It would be awesome to see any video encoding performance increases and any thermal throttling.

Gaming performance would be good to see also but this wouldn't be my main concern.

(I would be happy to review and supply content if you could supply a machine on loan lol)

Don't dare. That's the trick I'm trying. What do you say @Dogbert666?

You can send me one and I can do a detailed comparison with my 2017 model.

I mean... I'm not going to do a write up, and you almost certainly won't get it back, but I do promise to compare it.

Tempting as the review offers are, I'll have to pass.

I will enquire regarding the XPS 15 though.

Hi mate, we have been in touch and are waiting on availability of the Core i9 XPS15. For now we have the XPS13 in, a review of that is forthcoming.

Ooooh. Could I ask to include encoding performance within the review? Pretty please with a cherry on top. :)

I have to be honest, it's hard to decide as exporting a project from Adobe Premiere is affected by several different standards. To be honest, a CPU/GPU & HDD Benchmark will highlight enough of what I need.

It would be interesting to see if the laptop thermally throttles when encoding using the GPU as my XPS15 does after about 5 minutes of use. (Defaults back to 800mhz base clock).
