sadly I can quite imagen the shooter saying "Smoke this" before pulling the trigger... or maybe I've been watching far too many steven seagal/other crappy actor's films...

So by that definition, are all smokers revolting, or just gun-toting, people killing smokers?

Y'see, I'm not what you'd call a "regular" smoker. Y'know, I'm not your typical 20 a day smoker. However, if I have had a really cruddy day at work (like today), then I'd get a cigarette from a friend, and smoke it, and it would chill me out - and before you say anything, no narcotics were in the cigarette in question!

So in some cases its a good thing (like mine).

But I can sorta understand where you're coming from.

    Just my £0.02.

Surely it'd have more impact with a garden fork to the shrubbery? :)

Now that you mention it, smokers are pretty revolting.

Jamie, your link is borked. Extra ://.

    Personally, I hate smokers.
However, I always light up after making love. So back home, I'm a 20-a-day man.
yeah, I just had to use that quote. :)

Nah, you can own shotguns and certain rifles (IIRC). As long as you have a valid reason. Self defense is not one. So it's mostly farmers/gamekeepers/etc.

Most people can't legally. There are plenty of them around though.
